The Apartment
The Apartment is the largest holiday home of the Residence degli Ulivi, built in 2005, located on the hill sloping down to the sea of the sandy shores of Marina of Pescoluse (Municipality of Salve), about 10 km west of Santa Maria di Leuca, in the southernmost part of Salento, at the beginning of the Ionian coast.
The Apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower and shower and another for guests, finally a large shaded terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the enchanting landscape of Salento and its crystal–like sea. It has 6/7 beds (two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bunk bed, living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge–freezer, electric oven and microwave.
The house also has Wi–Fi, hot–cold air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, SAT–TV, wood stove, and solar panel system for hot water. Outside there is a large and convenient parking in the courtyard of the house with two covered places, a brick barbecue and a shower, all immersed in an old olive grove with 8000 square meters of private land around the house.
All the accommodations and their systems have been constructed according to security laws and there is no danger in using them properly. The water of the reservoir is drinkable but we recommend boiling it for alimentary use. The Apartment will be furnished clean with bed–linens and towels. The weekly change is included in the price. Pets are welcome if they don’t disturb the neighbourhood.
