The Studio
The Studio was one of the first accommodations converted to the Residence degli Ulivi in 2006, in the same period as the Apartment. This residence of 36 square meters (plus the 22 square meters of the terrace) is situated on top of a hill over the sandy beaches of the Marina of Pescoluse (Municipality of Salve), approximately 10 km west of Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southernmost point of Salento and at the beginning of the Ionic coast.
The Studio is composed of a living room (dining area, bunk bed with 2 sleeping places, double sofa bed) with a kitchen unit (fridge freezer, stove top, electric oven, micro oven and double sink), a sleeping area with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine (a lot of warm water because of the solar energy) and a terrace with sea view under a shadowed canopy. The furniture is new and modern and the Studio has got Wi–Fi, air conditioning warm/cold, SAT–TV and 4/6 sleeping places (a double bed in the sleeping area and a bunk bed and a double sofa bed). Normally there are 4 sleeping places and in case of emergency the other 2 places can be used. A large and easily accessible parking is situated in front of the Studio as well as the stone barbecue and all of this is in midst a 8000 square meters private olive orchard around the building.
All the accommodations and their systems have been constructed according to security laws and there is no danger in using them properly. The water of the reservoir is drinkable but we recommend boiling it for alimentary use. The Studio will be furnished clean with bed–linen and towels. The weekly change is included in the price. Pets are welcome if they don’t disturb the neighbourhood.
